The Seaview House is located on the Versilia hillside, in a detached house consisting of two apartments. The House offers a very wide and panoramic view of the Tuscan coast. On particularly bright days it is also possible to see the islands of the Tuscan archipelago and the mountains of Corsica. Seaview is positioned at the highest part of the hill, is the last structure and is located at the edge of a pine forest, very suitable for a clientele that loves nature and a relaxing vacation. Parking space is available in front of the entrance gate of the property, about 20 meters from the house. The property can be reached by car, driving along the hill road from which you enter a small private asphalt road, narrow in some sections (better to have a not large car and good driving skills). The two-story structure consists of a kitchen, living room, large bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower. From all rooms, you can have a beautiful view of the sea. Additional services offered include wifi via router, satellite TV, espresso machine, fan, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, fire extinguisher, small wall safe gas and Carbon Monoxide detector, and small barbecue. The garden is in front of the house and has 2 deck chairs, umbrella and stone table and a sheltered shower with hot water. The village of Ripa is 3 km away and at the foot of the hill and offers the services of Restaurants, bars, and stores of all kinds. The nearest sea is Forte Dei Marmi, famous and exclusive village of Versilia, with equipped beach, but within few km you can reach also beautiful free beaches surrounded by Mediterranean scub. Small size pets are allowed upon request. The accommodation is part of a building that belongs to the homeowner. The guests can enjoy the privacy of the place.

The 65 m² property consists of a living room with a French sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated home office workspace, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, and a washing machine.
